- Standard products: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom stencils: Processing takes 2–4 business days to prepare your artwork. You will receive a digital proof for review within this window. Production and shipping begin after you approve the proof.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (processing time varies by bank).

HOW IT WORKS
UPLOAD IMAGE & CHOOSE SIZE
Pick your preferred canvas size and upload the photo you want engraved. We’ll prepare your file for best contrast and clarity.
SELECT YOUR COLOURS
Choose how many colours you want and tell us which ones. We first lay these colours on the canvas, then apply a black top coat. If you select no colours, the final piece will be black and white.
LASER ENGRAVING
We laser-engrave your image through the black top coat to reveal the colour layers beneath, creating a crisp, high-contrast artwork.
PACK & SHIP
Your painting is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking. You’ll get notifications as soon as it’s on the way.
